DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE §28-3473

This serious charge occurs if your license is suspended or revoked as the result of a D.U.I. offense. The offense has a minimum mandatory jail term of two days, which must be served as 48 hours consecutive with no work release. The defendant can also receive probation, a fine, and up to six months in jail as part of the sentence if convicted.
